16. Getting clear on your WHY

I think that it is so important to be really clear on our WHY when we start a new fitness routine,  trying to eat better, read more books, or whatever habit or goal we are trying to accomplish. If the REASON isn't clear or strong enough then it won't be able to get you through those tough days that are inevitable. When the going gets tough and we feel down or discouraged....reminding yourself WHY you started can help pull you through and get you closer to the NEXT LEVEL YOU. So that WHY needs to be meaningful to you. It needs to be inspirational.
