18. Revisit your vision board & reminder that transformation takes time

Remember that board that we stuck a bunch of pictures on with cute affirmations?! What's it called? Oh yeah, our vision boards. 

Let's take time to connect with those goals we set for ourselves at the beginning of the year. It's okay if we have fallen off track. That is why we are here. We are showing up every week and figuring out this journey called life, TOGETHER.
