6. Own your morning routine in 2023 with these 4 tips!

Hi love! In this episode I want to share with you 4 easy tips that can help you own your morning routine. Before I became consistent with my routine I would wake up with really no intention set for the day. I then began experimenting with different things like waking up at 4 am and meditating in the morning. I soon came to realize that I did not have to follow this rigid routine that others said worked for them. Once I became aware of being able to personalize my morning routine, that is when consistency began. I hope this episode will show you what the different ways you can setup your routine and the 4 ways to really keeping that habit a consistent routine.
