I am so excited to have brought back Patricia Poor who was one of my first guests on the podcast. I think it’s so important to have a conversation on sustainable health and fitness. And Patricia does just that!

Patricia is a Sustainable Fitness & Lifestyle Coach who helps simplify fitness for perfectionist and high-achieving women. She places a lot of emphasis on daily habits, consistency and sustainability in the long term.

She developed her sustainable coaching philosophy through her personal journey over the past 6 years throughout which she went from party girl to losing 10+ kg, running 14 Half Marathons and doing 2 bikini bodybuilding competitions whilst working in fast-paced 9-5 jobs in tech startups and marketing agencies.
